Where to get grubx64.efi?

Take it from your favorite distribution

shimx64.efi

Part of shim-signed package in Ubuntu

Package info https://packages.ubuntu.com/source/bionic/shim-signed

Direct link http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/s/shim-signed/shim-signed_1.34.9.tar.xz

tar xf shim-signed_1.34.9.tar.xz

shim is the first of Secure Boot process that is signed by Microsoft. shim pretends to be legit for Secure Boot checks and then loads grubx64.efi. That's all it does. Proof:

hexdump -C shimx64.efi.signed.orig | grep "g.r.u.b"
000afeb0 67 00 72 00 75 00 62 00 78 00 36 00 34 00 2e 00 |g.r.u.b.x.6.4...|

grubx64.efi

Part of grub-efi-amd64-signed package

Package info https://packages.ubuntu.com/bionic/amd64/grub-efi-amd64-signed/download

Unzip deb package on Manjaro is tricky. Just use GUI archive manager it can do the trick. CLI unzip didn't work for me.
